LaTDa
This beautiful, curious 4 year old Haflinger mare is a very loved part of Mr. & Mrs. Tom Mundy's family. She's sweet and full of mischeif - "La-T", as she's referred to around the farm, likes to steal gloves out of people's pockets when they aren't watching and get yummy treats from her mom in between work sessions!

"Charley" & "Boomer"
These two awesome horses are part of Linda, Greg and Cydnee Weirauch's wonderful Horses for Hope horse adventure herd! Charley (approximately 19), a gorgeous palomino QH cross gets lots of attention as Linda's staple lesson horse and 'other' daughter - Charley and Boomer are regularly referred to as "our kids" by Greg and Linda. Boomer, a 13 year old AQHA gelding, is an awesome pleasure horse and is also used in their lesson program. Both horses are trail and parade veterans, having promoted Horses for Hope's cause in many local parades and horsey activities.

 "Miss Raffles"
Raffles is a 6 year old POA mare, and is the apple of her owners' eyes :-) She enjoys diced carrots and apples, and will stick her nose out for a kiss if you offer her some! She recently completed her final certification as a POA and has been shown many times, her favorite classes being Trail in Hand.

 Rio and Ace
Rio, a beautiful bay Appendix Quarter Horse is owned and spoiled by Elizabeth Krupp. He loves trail riding and likes to go! In his past life he was used as a pony horse at the race track! Rio was also used as part of Flushing Junior Equestrian Team in 2009! Around here, we think he's too smart for his own good.

Ace is a beautiful 17 hand ASB, and is owned and loved by Matt and Chelsea VanRaemdonck. He is currently being conditioned after having had several years off, and he is transitioning exceptionally. We are all endeared to him because of his playful, fun personality and of course, the near-perfect heart on his forehead! We are looking forward to a fantastic show season this spring/summer with this boy!

Delilah
Delilah is a 16 year old Quarter Horse cross and is one of the largest horses here at the farm. She is owned and loved by her owner, Chelsea VanRaemdonck. "Lilah" is a horse that demands respect and will plow you over if she doesn't get it. However, when the connection is made, you have a friend for life! She loves apples and candy and does not fall for tricks involving food readily (ie: don't try to hide the wormer in an apple, she'll catch on and remember it the next time you give her one - delicately testing the apple with her teeth before really getting herself a mouthful). Hopefully, we'll be showing her a little bit in 2010!

Room Service - "Roomer"
Roomer is a gorgeous and delicate 13 year old chestnut National Show Horse, owned and adored by Brianna Behnke. Brianna is currently working hard with Tom and Leah Sworm to enhance her saddleseat pleasure and equitation skills on Roomer. Roomer is very fancy under saddle and can be a spitfire for her mommy! She loves getting goodies, too! Brianna and Roomer are working hard to make sure they take home some blue ribbons showing this summer! Good luck, guys!

"Bali"
Bali is a well mannered Egyptian Arabian who is owned and doted on by Linda Belcher. Bali and Linda trail ride all over together - Bali would walk through fire for Linda if she asked her too! Bali loves fresh apples and gets fired up when it's time to come in for dinner, pushing her way to the front of the gate to be first! Bali has been used as a lesson horse for Linda's grandchildren, who learned to ride on her - she has a wonderful, sweet, laid back temperment.
